The exactly same procedure with an older kexecboot give me a bootable
bootloader. But this bootloader is unable to boot installed images.
Furthermore, after an hard-reset, the system is still unable to boot
the kexecboot.

Yes, I think I can retrieve it. But IMHO the matter is in kexecboot.

Not sure what you are talking about. I have an USB cable. But I never
used it for debuging.
