1. I've been through Esko's second review, and merged that.
2. Esko suggests that I did the transition to sx:structure wrong, that it
introduced an extra layer of namespace ("voucher/voucher/..."), and I
can't argue with that conclusion.I think that I've fixed the ietf-voucher YANG, but having done so I've broken ietf-voucher-request, and I don't yet know how fix that. I've asked co-author Kent Watsen to help...
