I've created a PR to clarify our registration into the 'IETF YANG-SID
modules registry' that is made in draft-8366bis. This was discussed in
the design team call this week.

Related to this, I find it surprising that there are so many registries
that need an entry added when defining a YANG module with SIDs. This
kind of complexity / overhead clearly adds barriers to adoption.
The reason I've now added all these registrations/updates is also an
exploration on what is required to "do it right" per the current
processes, not because I like to add many IANA registration sections :)
