1. "IETF XML Registry"
   Declares the namespace for XML serialization, I think.
   (which we mostly don't do)

2. "YANG Module Names"

X each YANG module, and it seems like many things.
It feels like a registration to YANG Modules Names ought to also reserve the
XML Registry under ns:yang, but...
