Yes, I do know this. My personal copy is probably close to 5 years
old. The only parallel I wanted to draw to the Make book is that it
is aimed at beginning make users. The book I had in mind is aimed at
beginning Ant users. I really have no intention of even referencing
make other than to say that Ant kicks make's butt when it comes to
Java projects.

I agree, the web does have a wealth of information. Sometimes the
problem is finding that information. The web and print are
complimentary mediums.

Really? When is it planning on being released? What are the main
topics? Who's the author and publisher? Feel free to reply
privately. Let's just say I have some extra free time at the moment
and I've always wanted to write a book. Maybe I could contribute to
this book instead of duplicating effort.
