parser bug?

Hi,

having this in build.xml:

        <!--
        +-----------------------------+
        |  super-cool header comment  |
        +-----------------------------+
        -->

results in an somewhat cryptic error message:

        com.sun.xm.parser/P-008 > com.sun.xml.parser/F-022


This works:

        <!--
        +.............................+
        |  super-cool header comment  |
        +.............................+
        -->
