But the more languages that are depended on this feature the more likely
it'd get implemented during next GSOC ;-)

I started out  porting it to Java togehter with Francis during GSOC mentor
summit, but I didnt finish it, and it might be better to start all over (I
did a different approach than the C version). Its not a big task and it
should take a bright student 4-5 days to do, or less.
