I can't see anything in dev/mansur.rlx that would cause this. You could try seeing what happens when you remove '-w' or '-1' options from that part of the pipeline, or you could try a different locale (e.g. nn_NO.UTF-8): https://askubuntu.com/questions/89976/how-do-i-change-the-default-locale-in-ubuntu-server#89983
