Hi Zanga, Normally we don't use HFST transducers (.hfst) in bilingual modules. Is there a reason you'd like to use it instead of lttoolbox transducers (.bin)?
If you do want to use it in place of the lttoolbox transducer, as Fran suggests, Makefile.am is definitely where you'd want to specify pulling it in from the monolingual repo(s). And yes, you'd also want to add it to the modes.xml file.
