Umm, someone please get me a spatula, so I can wipe this egg off of my face.
I just snooped around my Mac, and yeah, filenames are 32 characters.  PC's
handle up to 256 characters I believe (not more than 64 to a cd, though).  I
guess my problem is, when I network the Mac to the pc, and the pc has
greater then 32 characters, I get that darn tildey (~).  I'm glad to see OS
X finally fixed this.
