This message written: Monday, 20 June 2005 13:42:22 PDT I snagged an Apple IIgs out of a GoodWill bin today. Grabbed it because it had two "interesting" cards installed.
The first is a Transwarp GS with 32k Cache II installed. The second is a GS RAM Ultra. As I remember from when I bought my original IIgs to supplement my IIe, these cards were big $$ items. Seems odd to pick them up for $5 for the bunch, but, oh well! After Googling around until my eyes blurred over, I can find almost no useful info on these cards. Does anyone on this list know of a source of info on how to set up and use these cards? I would really like to be able to use the Transwarp GS in my original machine. I expect it needs some driver software to get it up and running. Any help appreciated.
