Just tried it here. Works for me.<g>

Yuk. Why not use Windows if you like that stuff ?

Again yuk. But still, it may be the kernel of a good idea. <g>

We surely agree with THIS. But it could be a lot of work. You all know
that I seem to like typing and I would be willing to write it, but the
work comes in when you have to check (or collect) your facts. <G>

Ooooh ! Bravo.
Portability is the biggest red herring in the application world.

Looks a bit like that to me too. ;-)

Sure did.

Hmmm.

Why ? Text is text. Html textmode is slow. Have you ever seen an editor
as slow as the one in Arachne ?

I agree with a cleanup and formalizing of the external protocols.

This is good. To allow anyone to attach their own externals.

What are you thinking of that doesn't already exist in Arachne ?
Please elaborate.

No.

What do you mean, change on the fly ? Drag icons around ?

The Arachne desktop is only 3kb. So I guess I don't know what you want.
Remember, if it looks like windows, then USE F@#*ing Windows !

There ARE some translation problems, but they are low priority right now.
You should jump in and upload fixed versions of what you don't like. ;-)
