    400 MHz is quite fast enough.  I use BladeEnc a lot already, but
that only does MP3.

    That has been the one drawback.  I don't have any way of translating
from Russian.  I didn't even know it was an encoder until quite recently.

   So if you have any info, yes please.

   I know it will accept a command line, so it can be setup to act as a
plugin for Arachne, although I am currently using MSP which is very
satisfactory for the job.
