We just got an HP ScanJet 7650, on the IT dept. recommendation. It's really made for documents, not books. But, after lots of work, it does work well with Ariel 3.4, I can send more information if you want, Ed.

I would appreciate any recommendations. Our old Fujitsu 15C worked very well, but SCSI cards like it uses are problematic with newer small form factor PC's like we have. We are having a hard time finding a half-size SCSI card at all. Our campus is big on HP, but it seems that at least some of the recommended HP's don't allow full scanning functionality with Ariel. There are no scanners on our campus that compatible with Ariel, so I can't test anything here. We want something that will handle both ADF and flat bed scanning. Thanks. --Tom ***** Thomas B.
