I don't know how to fix it but I know that if I receive an article in
grayscale, it takes about 30 minutes for the piece to download and it jams up
ariel for a long time. Different issue I guess but i don't like to get
grayscale for that reason.

==============================

Greetings,

Our Ariel workstation was infected with a virus which has been resolved.
Except for this problem -
since then we have been unable to send color or grayscale documents. We have
no problem with
sending black/white scans. We use a Bookeye scanner and import the documents
into Ariel (4.1.1).
Any suggestions for a fix?? Thanks much.

This is the error we get when we try to import the document:

   File could not be converted to TIF format. Err #-16.
