We are having problems posting 'received' documents that are designated color 'C' or 'G' to our document delivery patron pick-up server site. I'm assuming that these are 'color' or 'grayscale' documents. These are all coming up 'error' in the Delivery Queue. I don't believe it is a file-size issue as larger black/white files are posting fine. Any suggestions? Thanks!
