Folks - It is probably best whenever possible for folks to use references based on the types of networks, rather than particular companies. For example: "Cable companies expect most of their customers to be attaching routers, not computers to the modem." "Coffee shops do NOT expect you to be associating a router with their wifi." Doing it in this manner also avoids some potential legal issues that David Farmer noted earlier in this thread.
