Rightly said Ravi. For the past 2 decades, ARR has been catering music for
people of all group ages, and his music has undergone drastic changes in the
course of time.

Frankly speaking, ARR's 90's hits will always be my favorite, and as a fan, I
would love to see Thiruda Thiruda or Bombay being performed on stage.
Nevertheless, I cannot vouch that all ARR fans, especially the kids would love
these numbers in the way I do. I  noticed this even in my home. My nephew and
his friends love Beera Beera immensely nevertheless, they don't seem to show
much enthusiasm when I play ARR's older numbers. It's not their fault. It's
just that the present generation are more accustomed to the trend/style found
in ARR's current songs than they are to his older hits.

On the contrary, I also believe that I've no right to object to certain numbers
being played, for the simple reason the same are not to my liking. Numbers like
Aditi or Guzarish may not be ARR's best songs (as claimed by some) but there
are millions of people out there who love the same.

Thus, when thanveer99 said that fans/kids are eagerly waiting for kabhi kabhi
aditi and raavan songs to be featured in jai ho concerts, the best we can do is
to support him. There is no reason for any of us to come out and claim that
such songs are merely routine numbers and therefore not required for the show.

Regards.

And pls dont paste imaginary things like score of Yodha had challenged Sir John
Williams. It shows up how narrow minded are our thoughts when we are outburst
at words. AR has done magnificient scores in Bombay,Iruvar, Kannattil
Muttamittal. Listen to the scores in Anjali, swaati mutyam by Illayaraja. I am
not saying they are superior against another. just enjoy as a part of it.

The legends don't compose ever with compare to others. They do their job and
excel. The same should be followed by a fan and listener to respect.
