Installed a fresh 6.03 and upgraded it to 7 ARS Server. This a new server box. As i have said it does not have an AR Server license.
I can login to ITSM APPs. Submit HD Ticket with just ARS Demo License (no ITSM App Licenses). Support note is stating: If you are Upgrading your Server from v5.x (or below) to version 6 or higher you need to have your file upgraded. - OR - If you are Upgrading your ITSM application to version 7. That's right: "... You only need to upgrade your file if you are upgrading your ITSM application to version 7, or if you are upgrading your AR Server to version 6." - i'm not doing any of that!
