Fred/Jarl - thanks again for you help. I was able to resolve this issue working back with BMC Support. I had originally extracted the .solaris.gz file on my local workstation and then FTP'd the extracted files and folders to my Unix server. For whatever reason, that looks to be the cause of the issue. Once we uploaded the file to the server and gunzipped/un-tar'd the file, I was able to successfully get the installer working.
