Finally, we are able to login and assign admin permission to a user using
arcache utility.
Thanks a lot everyone for your help
I logged in using Developer studio(7.6.04) and found that only 169 forms
are there (is it fine or we have missed some forms).
We have installed only AR server (Remedy 9).
