Hi Experts, How to customize the Remedy CSAT survey url with the custom one including the Request ID in 8.1.02 version?
We are having a requirement in which we need to replace the OOB CSAT url with the custom one including the request id as post/pre fix. Please could you suggest on how to achieve it.
