It seems like they’ve been dumping their money into the software, considering how quickly they’ve advanced since going private with stuff like Smart IT. As much as I prefer them hiring developers over salespeople, it does seem like they should hire some more sales staff to make an effort to both keep their existing customer base and find new customers.
