Has any received an official update from Remedy on whether patch 20 does indeed contain updated files that would require us to download it again? It would effectively cause us to have to restart our testing of patch 20, which I've put on hold pending the outcome of this thread.

I downloaded both the installer and files a couple of days ago. However, today, it looks like the winnt\bin folder AND files have been updated. Many of the files shows today's date at 8:50 AM.
