I know I often sound cynical and/or paranoid, but that's exactly what I expected. They are effectively squeezing out the independent Remedy experts in the field. That way they can increase profits (theoretically) by selling additional "professional services." They don't like competing with the indies...which is ironic. I suppose us indies are in a bizarre dual-hatted position--we're BMC customers and BMC competitors.
I guess BMC's approach is, "Not a partner? Read the manual! What's that? You don't have a development license to learn the product? Oh...sucks to be you..."
