We are not server admins for the Remedy box and the admins are not so helpful on getting access or information on accessing the requested information. So we are using macros to pull the data that we need for now, but we have found other means to do this and currently in development of another application to tap into the ODBC connection. What would I need to type in after the No-Match-Error:?
