Hi Kalyani, You would probably need an SMS gateway (usually from your telecom provider) to send SMSs. This gateway will have an interface in the form of a web service / API call / Database record. Depending on the gateway, you could right workflow in Remedy to either make an API call, run a script, execute SQL etc. The parameters passed would be the message with ticket details and a mobile number.
