To build the algorithms - (which is done by seeing the Remedy fields) - I need to know if there is another way besides having Remedy User Administrative Access to integrate Crystal with Remedy. Installing software is not the obstacle. Anyone can install software. I have regular user access - which shows me a few fields. To my knowledge, I need Remedy Administrative access to see all the fields. I have no idea which fields I will need - I need to see them first. In a message dated 4/28/2008 1:00:45 P.M. It sounds to me like what you're saying is, "This is a development *server*, and this person will not give me administrator rights to log on to the *server*." If that's the case, you won't be able to install the Crystal software, but you could have him do it for you and proceed from there. -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Kathy Morris Sent: Monday, April 28, 2008 2:56 PM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Re: Administrative Access ** This person doesn't even know Remedy at all. Perhaps if you asked this other person to show you how it can be done in the absence of admin access, that should clear it up one way or another. I don't believe that I can build the algorithms, and integrate Remedy with Crystal without this access. Is there some way this can be done - its a development server. I am a Remedy Developer - never experienced not having access to dev. ________________________________ Need a new ride?
