Hi: when I try to create a incident by submitting to HPD_IncidentInterface_Create_WS, I get the following error.

ERROR (326): Required field cannot be reset to a NULL value; HPD:Help Desk : Contact Company

According to "BMC Remedy IT Service Management 7 0_INTEGRATIONS.pdf" this field is set by a workflow (Table 2-3 Page 18). I have a company called "My Company" in the "BMC REMEDY IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT" console. Anyone know what specifically needs to be set for this company item so incident creation works in the ITSM suite?
