Thanks for your email Lisa. I have tried setting z1D NT Support Group ID, but this does not seem to work.
I looked up one of the groups that I want to notify - SGP000000000090 - I tried to set this field to z1D NT Support Group ID, but didn't work. My notification is working - I just need to get to notify the right people. I want it to notify everyone in the group SGP000000000090.
