I think I figured it out - there is a "OOB" Filter running from the ITSM 7 application called "HPD:INC:AR_003_ESCALATOR" - which runs if $USER$ = "AR_ESCALATOR" with a GOTO execution order of 930.
I was looking at my escalation to see if I could set the "Last Modified By" to something else, but I can't. Any ideas? Thanks again - your help is greatly appreciated. On 7/25/08, T.
