What we did is in the Menu we added Field 1 to Label fields, but we set Value Field to Field 2. The Form that contained our Data we had data as follows:
Field 1: Blue Field 2: Blue Field 1: Orange Field 2: Orange Field 1: Green Field 2: Green Field 1: (Clear) Field 2: So when the user clicked on the pull down they would see: Blue Orange Green (Clear) And because my Menu was set to use the Value FIeld of Field 2 - if they selected (Clear) they got a "blank" set. If they choose any other colour they got the colour they selected. Clear as mud? Hope this helps - let me know if you need more details.
