Hi, I have published a free utility called RRR|DiaryX, that extracts records from a diary and converts it into a record based version.
https://www.rrr.se/cgi/div/diaryx You will have to export the diary into an arx-file that the utility will convert to a new arx-file. In your case, you will probably want to add the Entry-ID-field as well. It will be included in the resulting arx-file. It can do some advanced pattern matching as well, to extract other data from the diary-text into individual fields.
