I saw a rate like that about 18 months ago. I doubt if that one got filled. Otherwise, it's a race to the bottom, and at some point, a lot of us will lose their jobs if we're not willing to compete on the world market.
Yes, a lot of the people on this list still have great jobs that pay a lot. It's just that I don't think those jobs will be around forever.
