Remedy 7.1 to LDAP integration for user authentication

Hi: I have followed the instructions in the manual and setup Remedy to 
LDAP for user authentication. So now I can login to remedy eventhough I 
donot have a userid in Remedy. I want to use the LDAP only for 
authetication. How do I setup a user license (fixed or floating) and 
also which groups/roles that user will have. I can't seem to find 
instructions for this in the docs.
