Well, I tried again after downgrading to JDK 1.5.0_17 and the install went without a hitch. The only difference was the version of the JDK, so I guess it didn't like 1.6.0_06.
Thanks for the suggestions. Using RDP to install we were prompted to disable the temp dir flush and tscc.msc settings and reboot before it would continue. I was actually pretty impress with the install (ease, speed, etc). Also check out the uidemo that is on the BMCDN. There are some really nice new features (although some are web only). http://developer.bmc.com/communities/docs/DOC-5969 Jason On Thu, Jan 29, 2009 at 3:23 PM, Brien Dieterle <brien.diete...@cgcmail.maricopa.edu> wrote: ** I *just* finished an install exactly like you (vmware win2003, sql 2005, IIS+Tomcat) except I am on JDK 1.6.0_11-- and absolutely no problems.
