Funny you ask that as I was doing a similar exercise today. What I did was wrote an SQL script that would pull all the fields from the AR System database that had field names that contained the string Login in the name, and then added fields C2 to that list. We didnt consider C5 as its an informative field and its value will not really impact ownership of tickets.
Also we didnt care to fix the status history information.
