My understanding is that the release today of ITSM 7.5 is an English-only 
release; you may want to wait for the full internationalized version, ITSM 
7.5.1, which  will be released later. You can contact your sales rep for more 
details.

So it looks like they released the the new AR Server and the new ITSM
7.5 at the same time. :)
