***** we script the database to be uni-code then covert the data and we remove the old database then we install new ARserver then we restore the database and we did that as we re-install the SQL also so in ar.cfg the UTF-16 not supporting but UTF-8 is working fine and the uni-code function are working fine , there is any impact on the if we run the system under UTF-8.
