Stefan, many thanks for sharing the source with us. I always found ARInside very useful. I have a binary version of ARInside on my disk, it includes a user manual which I posted here: http://beefreeit.nl/arinside.pdf
This user manual was included in version 2.07.2 which I suspect was the latest version that Stefan released as the code is version 2.07.4 and according to the change logs 2.07.3 and 2.07.4 are only marked as "internal update". The file RELEASE_NOTES.txt in the source package includes usage instructions as well.
