Hello, I have an environment where the SSL LDAP authentication is in place on our 3 server grouped ARSystem application servers (Windows 2008). We have 2 Mid-Tier servers (Windows 2003, IIS 6.0, Tomcat 5.5.27). Both on 7.5 p2.
BMC support has sent me a white paper on "how to go about implementing SSO", but that is the extent of their support on the SSO integration. I have searched the BMC KB and found 3 articles, which one of them provides binaries of a possible solution but the instructions on file placement is lacking. Anyone either used the KB files and got it working that has a more detailed implementation guide? OR has come up with a front end solution for the mid-tier piece? The goal is to have end users receiving URL links in their email to be able to click on them and go directly to the incident, change, approval, etc... without stopping at the login page for credentials. Somehow picking up the credentials from the workstation OS, or a cookie type of file process.
