This is often used in a “Push Fields If:” query. The purpose is to force a “If
No Requests Match” condition so a record is ALWAYS created.

An empty “Push Fields If:” query, will not create a record.

Subject: Question Advance Query 1=0

**

ARSList,

Here is a interesting question for the list. I was presented a question about
1=1 and 1=0 on the advance query bar. This qualification is used in out of the
box Service Level Targets for ITSM 7.1. (1=0).

Why would you use 1=0?

How would you use 1=0?

Can anybody explain?
