An empty “Push Fields If:” query, will not create a record. I was presented a question about 1=1 and 1=0 on the advance query bar. This qualification is used in out of the box Service Level Targets for ITSM 7.1. (1=0). Why would you use 1=0? How would you use 1=0? Can anybody explain? Robert Thomas | BMC/Remedy Professional | ITIL | Cellular Phone 469.865.5645| _Platinum Sponsor: rmisoluti...@verizon.net ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"_
