I understand that David already confirmed Copy to New is being looked at. My note was concerning including the documentation. David noted that at the moment it's an issue because of browser limitation. Just planting a seed for future. If it can't be included in MidTier then hopefully BMC/Remedy will provide us with a pdf file that we can provide a link to like back in the old days. I have done research when making RFE's and the ones that I have requested the support folks fully agree. Haven't seen a one of them implemented yet. Someday maybe. In this case, David Easter already confirmed that an RFE for "Copy to New on the Mid-tier" is already "under consideration for a future release of AR System". So submitting a "Duplicate RFE" may have no value to you and will likely cost BMC to process it. ( I know of no weighting/voting mechanism in the BMC RFE process if the same, or similar, ideas are submitted by multiple customers. It is in fact very difficult to even know what RFEs others have already submitted at this time. ) Though I do wonder how long this RFE has already been in the system.
