Hi folks,
I need some help resolve an attachment issue using Incident Management 7.5. The user attachments appear as a 0 kb attachments in HelpDesk view although the attachments is available in the Work Log. We have analyzed logs without any help. This happens on a random but regular basis. Any tips welcome.
