The attachment with 0 size is saving where user type manually wrong file name to the attachement field. You can easy reproduce this defect.

They are also using the browser not the user tool. It is random. Most attachements are correct. We have not been able to reproduce or ask a user to reproduce. There is a few 0 kb attachments every day/week.
