That's another puzzler, our outgoing mailbox has "Yes" for the field "Default
Outgoing Mailbox" But we don't have anything in the Default Addressing
Fields....

I believe this would only be the case for inbound since the error is generated
by the AR System Email Daemon. For outbound, there's no application validation
the needs to take place on submit to the Email Messages form via a "Notify"
action. As far as the 110044 error you are troubleshooting, it sounds like you
don't have an outbound mailbox configured as the "Default".

Do you think this happens with Outbound messages too? I have some errors with
our outbound mailbox as well.

Yes, there some instances where an error would cause the Email Message to get
deleted. This is more prone to occur on inbound messages. For example, if an
inbound email is supposed to generate a new incident (or other application
record) on submit to the Email Message form, and there is a required field
value missing (or some other invalid value), the transaction will rollback and
the email message will be deleted. In this case however, the error should
still appear in the error log.

Thanks, so what happens if the email id on the AR System Email Error Logs form
doesn't match anything on the AR System Email Messages form. We don't delete
the email messages records.

Do some errors happen that are so severe that an Email Message record is not
created?

Hi Lisa,

Error messages in the "AR System Email Error Log" are already linked with the
associated message in "AR System Email Message". You have to select "Yes" for
the "Display Advanced Options:" on the Email Messages record then the [Error]
tab will show. On the table field, the error from the Error Log will show.
The Table qualification is "$Email ID$ = 'Email ID'"

Is there anyway to link a record in the AR System Email Error Log to a record
in the AR System Email Messages Form?

I tried the Mailbox ID, and Email ID fields and I'm not getting anything.

I'd like to know which message is causing errors. I looked at the Time Stamp
on the Error Log record and I don't see ANYTHING that rejected or shows any
errors within that timeframe.

I'm looking at an error 110044 " Mailbox Name is missing and no default Mailbox
has been configured"
