Just to be safe look at the Fields in View. Even on a single view form you can have fields not in the view

I exported the form (and workflow), deleted the my form (which deletes the workflow) and reimported and I still see all the fields that I deleted. So I just deleted the Active Links and then reimported them, same thing. I do not have any views on this form and this is a display form.
