I missed that portion on my email. This is indeed on the CTM:People form, and the Site Address field updates when the Site is selected from the Menu or when you hit the Enter key in that field. The update to Site Address does pull the information from the SIT:Site Alias Company LookUp form I believe.

Most of the workflow around this change happens with a Menu Select or a Return function. We update Remedy accounts through Active Directory, and when the Site changes I need the address field to follow suit otherwise it renders the account invalid. I have tried modifying the existing workflow to run on Submit, Modify, After Submit and After Modify, but it will not update the Site Address. Workflow appears to be firing off of AL CTM:SHR:Site-STU-LookUp_100 followed by AL CTM:SHR:Site-STU-Setup-G-120_NotQuery which calls AL Guides SHR:SHR:SetupSiteAddress and CTM:SHR:Setup Site Menu. No matter how I process this workflow I cannot get this information to update with the Push Field. The workflow fires perfectly with Menu Select and on Return. Any insight would be helpful.
