Without knowing the truth/motivation of the original poster, I would very gently point out that it is quite possible that someone has been asked to hire a Remedy developer without really knowing what that is.
I say this only because in an earlier life, I worked in HR at a major university. It was not uncommon for me to have to conduct interviews with people about positions I knew little about. I would have to ask the people who were currently in those jobs for questions and answers that I could ask that would help me weed out folks before I sent them on to the hiring managers (who hopefully knew a hell of a lot more than I do). A particular case comes to mind where I and 2 others were asked to re-interview plumbers. A Master plumber had been hired, but it was suggested that the only reason he had been hired was that he had 2 brothers (also plumbers) working in that department. It was up to us to interview these folks and make a decision based on there technical skills who was the best for the job (it was only recently that I learned how to use a plunger!) I did quite a bit of research prior to the interviews so that I could ask intelligent questions, and understand if I was getting an intelligent answer back! If someone is just trying to put together a cheat sheet, trust me, their ignorance will come shining through!
