Thanks a lot Conny for your contribution, if I understand well, you're suggesting to 'cheat' the installer making it believe to do an upgrade from 6 to 7. Can you provide some more details on how to do that?
Isn't it necessary anymore to 'prepare' the server with environment variables and locales with this procedure? Is there any risk involved such as corruption of structures/data, or ARS not re-starting anymore?
